- Evaluate the nutritional status of patients, including OB, diabetic, weight control, and hypertensive patients.
- Provide individual counseling to clinic patients.
- Participate in developing patient care plans and provide appropriate follow-up.
- Document counseling sessions and patient progress.
- Assist with and participate in the preparation and delivery of nutrition education materials and activities.
- Registered Dietitian with bachelor?s degree in Dietetics.
- One to two years' experience, preferable in maternal and child nutrition.
- Ability to communicate effectively with groups.
- Ability to relate well to people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
